Attempting to round out my Harry Belafonte discography, I discovered this fun ad-sert from the early 1960’s. Harry’s records are generally very inexpensive to acquire, which bodes well for both the ear, and the pocket book.

I scoop ’em up when I see them….RCA really screwed up in the late 60s and early 70s…..So much history was destroyed when the Camden archive was bulldozed……what the hell were they thinking.
Oh, man! I’m going to have to look this up, now! I knew SOMETHING had to have happened around that time, but don’t know the details. Any direction you can point me to about this would be greatly appreciated. 🙂
